Their price was one of the lowest,you get what you pay for.

I signed contract on sept. 7th and called on sept. 10th for schedule of pickup and was told vehicle would be picked up on the 11th, it wasn't. I called again on the 13th and was told another contract was given to another company today,I requested insurance certificated be faxed on this company and none was sent. I called again on the 16th and was told that another contract was given to another company because 2nd company went for pickup after business hours and could not pickup. I ask for for certificate on this company(A-Cheap Locksmith and Tow Inc.) and none was sent untill second request on the 21st. I recieved the driver's phone number(TIM) on the 23rd and he was at the pick up location, he did an excellent job of inspecting the vehicle and told me my vehicle would arrive on the 26th.

I got the first of two problem calls on the 24th telling me that his boss' credit card was over drawn and he would have to wait to fuel up his truck, the 2nd call was on the 27th telling me his truck was broken down with tranmission problems and would be a couple of days to be fixed.

I called 1st Choice on the 30th after three e-mails that were never answered during the week for the ins. certi. that was never sent and about status of vehicle. They finally sent cert.and said vehicle should be coming today. Vehicle arrived in good shape and driver was sorry about problems. Were was their Scheduling Guarante and their on line Tracking,I COULD NOT GET A RETURN PHONE CALL OR A RETURN E-MAIL .

Barry, We are very glad to hear that your vehicle your vehicle delivered just fine. We do understand your frustration in the fact that your vehcile was not picked up right away and you did have quite a few mechanical problems with the truck your vehcile was transported on. However this does happen when these trucks drive thousands of miles a week. As you stated you placed your order on the 7th and you received it across country in than 3 weeks(even with a truck that had to have transmission work done to it). As for the unreturned phone calls and emails we have over 6 differnet contact logs in your file. We also did have you out insurance certificates within 24 hours of your request if you did not recieve it the first time we sent it on the 17th we apologize however, when you called on the 21st we sent it out again within hours. We apologize for all your inconvience and hope you will give us another chance if you ever ship a vehcile again we would like to offer you a $50.00 discount on your next shipping.
