I got a call telling me my car was scheduled two days after I booked the trip (actually I got the call before I had even paid for the booking). The driver picked the car up a few days late, but this was still way before the 14 days they have printed on their promise, and the shipper communicated the change in pick up times to us immediately. The Truck broke down on the Los Angeles Freeway, but the driver called to tell me he would be a day late. His truck was a new Volvo 10 wheeler, so it should not have broke down, but he was back up and running in a day. This is the second time I use 1st Choice Shipping (1stchoiceshipping.com), and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends.
