the customer service representative was very polite, courteous, and friendly. it was a very positive experience dealing with melanie. the cost to ship my vehicle was almost half of what other shippers wanted. when charles contacted me to drop off my vehicle he was knowledgable of the local area so it made the delivery very easy. i would definitely recommend this company to others.
