RUDE, BAD SERVICE!!

I was trying to transport a car from my father's house to my house, and then send my old car back to my dad. He had already been making arrangements with another auto transport company (don't know the name) and had been speaking with a guy named Xavier from there. When I called Xavier to set the date and time of the drop off and pick up, at first it didn't seem like he could accommodate my M-F full time work schedule. So he recommended me to NICOLE FROM FIRST CLASS AUTO TRANSPORT...mistake.
She said they could accommodate me and that she could call her drivers to see who was available and what the details would be. I told her my father had worked out a quote of $750 each way with Xavier, and she said that although that seemed low, she would see what she could do and get back to me.
A couple days later on that Friday, she called again to say that she could have someone pick up the car from my dad either the next day or the day afterwards, and that it would probably be $900 each way. She said she would text me when she knew the price for sure.
About an hour or so later:

Nicole: Hi it's Nicole from first class transport.
We will pick up Sat/Sunday.
$900 each.

Me: Ok thanks- let me run this by my father and I will get back to you asap!
Nicole: Ok sounds good.
After speaking with my father, we decided to go with Xavier, as obviously $750 was a better deal than $900, and after speaking with Xavier again, he informed me that he could actually meet me after work. (SOOO wish he had mentioned this before so I would have never had to bother with First Class Auto Transport!!)
I had already told Nicole earlier in the day that I was taking a red eye actually back to my hometown that night, but I wanted to inform her asap, so I sent her this text at the airport at like 9pm :
Nicole- I apologize for returning to you so late! Was waiting on a response from my father and got held late at work. My father spoke with Xavier earlier and turns out Xavier can meet me after work. I appreciate you trying to accommodate me, and I will certainly keep you in mind for future needs! Thanks for your help
- - - - Since we hadn't made an final plans or anything, I thought this was well more than sufficient correspondence, and I even offered to return to them or recommend them to others in the future.
WELL- after hours of traveling, when I finally get home, I turn my phone back on and I see that at 11:30pm to see the NASTY reply from Nicole:
Nicole: Thanks for wasting our time.
Needless to say I was SHOCKED to get such a crazy response after I had done nothing but be considerate to her by getting back to her asap when honestly I could have not responded to her at all since we made NO official plans whatsoever.
Me: Wow ok. That's professional. Never mind. I'm sorry Xavier offered a better price. That comes with the business. Don't take it out on the customer. I'll make sure to reflect your rude behavior on Yelp so other customers can know what they are dealing with beforehand.
Do no contact me again.
- - - -SO there you go. Nicole is an immature, rude, poor excuse of an employee. I couldn't believe it- it was like she was Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde! Maybe she was drunk since she responded so late via text? I know the business doesn't answer their phones outside of normal business hours... so it it's confusing if this is her cell or not. Her number is the same one listed as the main number on their website. However the "office number" that they have called me from is 954-533-1114.
I know I would NEVER be allowed to speak to a customer like that in any job I have ever had. I don't know who she thinks she is, but there are hundreds of people better qualified for her job, who are actually capable of acting like adults. She acted like doing her job was some major problem and inconvenience.... well Nicole, I promise you that it was WAY more inconvenient for me to go back and forth between transporters than for you to do what you are GETTING PAID to do. Didn't know calling for a quote would lead to insanity. Certainly didn't deserve to start my weekend trip out with my family on a very pissed off, sour note FOR NO GOOD REASON!
Also, called Xavier to let him know not to recommend her anymore due to her inability to talk to people professionally. I sincerely hope that Brian, the manager there, will strongly consider firing Nicole, as she is clearly driving away business. Nicole- - DUMB MOVE... would have recommended you to people and perhaps used you on a later date.
