The subject line describes the business model for "1st class." I was told I would transport my lifted truck in an enclosed transport like I requested 2 weeks prior to transport with an overestimation of 9 feet so that there would be no problems. On "pickup" day I had to call at 8 am to ask what time truck would be here to pick my truck up, after I was told, " no problems, we will have a truck for you, now give me your credit card number." After the initial conversation of what time should I expect the pickup because I am moving and don't have time to wait all day, I sent two emails and called numerous times with no answer from Jacob just to receive call later in afternoon with no pickup, stating truck was to big to deliver and to give him "one more day" to fix this. By the way, this was after I was told give me 30 minutes to call you back, 6 hours later. So I was left with my truck not being delivered, stranded in Texas, as I live in Ohio only to Move to NC. This was a specific trip to Texas for this reason of transporting my truck, but this "company" screwed me. Do not trust them, they are nothing but contractors like many others, but with no respect for people's time or money, as per my opinion. Spend more and do more research to ensure your vehicle arrives safely, but more importantly, arrives at its destination.
