There was a slight delay of about 2 days getting a driver assigned. However, I had specific concerns relating to the dealership and pickup, which required the need for assurances on these matters from the transport company. Sebastian and 1st Class delivered on those assurances to the letter. 1st Class came in with a quote that was very competitive- the next lowest bid was several hundred dollars higher. All of this, along with Sebastian and his associates being very accessible and helpful via email and phone made for a very positive transaction.
