When I first got a quote from this company, I decided to check the ratings. Upon looking over the reviews- I changed my mind and decided to lean toward another company. John and Jacob both followed up with me and I told them why I had changed my mind.I found out later that the other company did not have a driver scheduled as they had said. But was telling me they were on the way to pick up my car. After speaking with John and Jacob a second time, I decided to give them a chance. They did what they said they were going to do. They explained the process of shipping a vehicle, and the time frame to get it to Texas. I would definitely give them a 4.5 star for going above and beyond to help me!
