I was very specific with a pick up date 03/07/18 and was advised it would happen. It's now Friday 03/09/18 and my car still hasn't been picked up. Before I contacted this company, I had a pick up scheduled with another company that promised pick up on Monday 03/07/18 but changed to Thursday 03/08/18 so I decided to try go with this company. I've now lost my $100 deposit with the previous company and paid more $$ for this company for absolutely nothing. This could have been avoided if I was advised Wed 03/07/18 wouldn't happen.
