It is thankfully rare that damage occurs but most important to have a transporter who immediately takes responsibility. At the delivery location scratches to the roof were pointed out by the carrier (Adelphs) who explained that they occurred when he found himself on a street with a low hanging branch. He took full responsibility and has paid the customer to have them buffed out as well as full payment to have the front bumper repaired. This was the signed agreement after a thorough inspection at delivery. We have seen the documentation from the repair shops where it is noted that the customer obtained estimates that included the repair of preexisting damage and then submitted the entire bill to the carrier. The customer then objected when told the payment would be sent directly to the body shop and insisted the check be sent to him directly. After contacting the body shop and obtaining an estimate for only the damage incurred during transport, payment was sent to the customer. Although the carrier delivered the vehicles on time and acted in a professional and responsible manner the customer has assumed a retaliatory tone towards 360 Auto Transport by implying that our positive reviews are not honestly obtained. The only thing we offer our customers for taking the time to submit a review is our sincere appreciation. Ann Adams
