There were no surprises. Very smooth transaction. 4 aces always answered the phone on the first or second ring and kept me informed with updates on the transport. The motorcycle arrived in California just as it was loaded in Florida, nothing missing etc. I was very pleased with the service and would use them again. Norayda Forte was always very nice and helpful through the entire process. This was the first time I had ever done anything like this , she put me at ease. Highly recommend them. Cliff
