I have never shipped a car before so I was surpised at the volume of calls. What sold it for me was the customer service from a fellow veteran. Conrad called me right away, he was straight forward and answered all of my questions honestly. Even got a nice veteran discount. He answered late at night when I had an issue with the pickup time but he was able to resolve it and got shipped the next day. I will definitely refer 4 Aces to all my military brothers and sisters.
