Was with impression car pick up was with 4 Aces, but dealer hand off car pick up to GOGO AUTO TRANSPORT,INC. The service was poor with this company (GOGO AUTO TRANSPORT) and very poor customer RELATIONSHIP.. Cas was damaged on receiving and had to have my own insurance company to pay for repair. tHE ORIGINAL BILL OF LANDING WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE GIVEN ON DELIVERY. The cost of repair was under $500, but the GOGO AUTO Transport had problem with intergity and taking responsibility for damages. 4AACEs was polite and with good customer relations, but did not have a responsible party to pick up and deliver car intact. I have no intentions of using either company in the future.

take time to take pictures of vehicle prior to transport and ensure deliver is in a lighted area. I had to note on delivery that area was dark and unable to fully see car, but immediately drove to lighted area and called damage in.

Hi Mablene, Just to clarify. You where never given the impression that we where picking up your vehicle only that we where the brokers that would find you a driver. We use a very reputable load board that rates and makes sure that the driver's are top notch. As I have stated to you in previous communications, the BOL that was signed by your receiver showed that the driver marked the damages as being there. The receiver signed off on the BOL and never stated any such damage at the time. You bought this vehicle unseen thru ebay and you yourself can not fully state whether the damage was there. I tried my best to help you thru the claims process but it was unfortunate that the evidence was not enough to be able to file the claim thru the insurance. Once again I apologize.
