I am very pleased with the overall transaction process as well as delivery of the vehicle. They held to the quoted price (and after the fact I see they cut their commission to have done so) and delivery time frames. Jeff was excellent at communications about the process and setting expectations (and holding to them). NONE of the monkey business of quoting, taking a deposit, then increasing the price after you are captive; no games at all with 4-Corners like some of the other brokers who contacted me. I am very detailed oriented and do not like surprises, and Jeff patiently answered my calls and emails.
