I called him because another transport company was not giving me my car after a week and a half of waiting. I was about to lose a deal on a 2014 7 series BMW as a result! I told him I needed the car before memorial day weekend basically giving him about three days to get it to me from Jersey to Wisconsin. Pretty tall order to say the least. Well, he got it to me in 1 day! The 750 arrived at Zimbrick BMW 1 day after I called Jeff ! The guy who was waiting for his new 7 had been calling me daily asking where his car was, what's taking so long, etc. I'm not saying my expectation is to get cars from 900 miles away in a day. I'm just saying I needed a favor and Jeff did me a solid. Needless to say he will be my first call moving forward.
