So after receiving about 20-30 quotes, i decided to go with 5 Star Auto Movers, LLC because they offered me the lowest quote.That was a BIG MISTAKE!!! The dispatcher Blake contacted me and we set everything up. The total cost was suppose to be $929 which includes a $100 deposit(so i would give the drive $829 as COD). I repeatedly asked Blake if $929 was going to be the final price and he assured me i wouldn't have to pay a penny above $929. Not only was the transporter 4 days late to pick up my car, but they did a Switch and Bait on me. Once the transporters had my car, they stated i had to pay the driver $929 ($100 more than quoted) or they would not deliver my car. They basically impounded my car and refused to give it back unless i would pay the $100 extra. I reached out to Blake and 5 Star Auto Movers about 10 times and left 2-3 voice mails and received no response. It was as if they disappeared from the face of the earth. Finally, after the transporter having my car for over 24hrs, i caved in and paid the EXTRA $100 because i need my vehicle for transportation. I have yet to receive a call from 5 Star Auto Movers LLC and every time i call Blake, he screens my calls and send me to voicemail. BEWARE...AVOID 5 Star Auto Movers LLC at ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!
