A Great Transport Experience

I sent out a request for prices to transport a Cadillac from Arizona to Iowa. I received more than 25 proposals and reviewed the details for each. I then started to read transport reviews. Having looked at a large number of these I located some very positive feedback for 5 Star Nationwide and more specifically for Mr. Gilbert Avancena. I left an email for him and he followed up with both an email and a telephone call. From the outset it was no pressure and he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Throughout my experience with 5 Star Nationwide I found Gilbert to be a man of his word. When he said he would do something he did it. EVERY TIME. His customer service orientation and follow up was outstanding. He ALWAYS returned telephone calls and emails (and in a very timely manner). His price was competitive and he delivered on his target dates for pickup and delivery. He took a very active interest in the transport from pick up to delivery. Mr. Gilbert Avancena is a true professional. I would highly recommend using his services. There is no question I will be providing his name to others who have transport needs.
