I've used car transporters 7-8 times in the past. 5 Star Nationwide was far and away the best experience I've ever had in this business. Gilbert at 5 Star was very thoughtful, efficient, knowledgeable and prompt in returning calls or emails. He had everything totally covered and offered superior customer service.

With all other carriers, I've had to meet the driver miles away in order to find an easy place for him to park and take the car. 5 Star sent a flatbed to pick up my car and bring it to the carrier. I was surprised and very pleased, never having seen that done before.

Last thing - this is the first time I've ever had a car delivered on time!!

I will recommend this company to everyone I know.
