I was glad I went through 5 stars. At first I did the internet inquiry and got about 20 calls. I decided to go with the most affordable one. After they kept asking me for a down payment I got a bit concerned. I decided to do some re-search and found out that it would be a big mistake to trust them.

So I more research and come to stumble into 5 stars, who had a 5 star rating. I contacted them and got to work with Gilbert. Gilbert didnt hesitate at all and told me all the in's and out's and "schooled" me on the transportation and how it works. I was very content with the customer serivce right from the start. The truck driver was a day early in picking up my vehicle and delivered the vehicle a day late due to weather delays which is understandable, the truck driver who's name was Ivan was a good guy as well.

I would definately go through them again, with no hesitation. I am in the Military and I would recommend these guys to anyone. I will be re-locating next month to TX and I will be contacting 5 stars very soon again to ship my car from CA to TX.
