My experience with 5 Star Nationwide is over the top. I have shipped two vehicles with 5 Star Nationwide at two different times and both times the customer service with Gilbert and with the drivers have been exceptional. Communication between Gilbert and myself and also between myself and the driver was easy and friendly. I was informed of when the vehicle was booked and provided all information regarding the pickup, the driver, the eta of delivery and so on. The driver Earnest was the best. He was very pleasant and trustworthy. I had no doubt at all that my truck would arrive at its destination in the exact same condition it was picked up in. Earnest kept me informed as to where he was and when the delivery would take place and the approximate ETA. Everything about this transaction was great. Gilbert was very informative in regards to the brokers fee and the what would be paid to the driver along with what was included in the cost. I couldn't ask for anything more. I will continue to ship all my vehicles through 5 Star Nationwide and if possilbe, will request for Earnest to be the driver. =) My quote ID is 176654. The vehicle recently shipped from San Diego, CA to Chicago, IL is a 1998 Toyota 4Runner for a total of $899 with no hidden fees. My truck was picked up in less than seven days from when I gave my information to Gilbert. My truck was delivered in five days from pickup. EXCELLENT!!!!
