Gilbert was not only very friendly, but professional as well. This was the very first time I had ever used a transport company to transport a vehicle across the country and Gilbert made himself readily available for any questions or concerns I had during the transportation. If he wasn't available to answer my calls, he was always prompt in returning them. My Ferrari was picked up in West Palm Beach Florida on a Wednesday evening or early Thursday morning (I forget which day) and arrived here in Newport Beach California on a Tuesday evening well ahead of the estimated Thursday delivery date. I will be calling Gilbert again in the future for all of my auto transport needs as well as the transport needs of anyone I know that would need his level of service.
