Howard, we thank you for your business and appreciate your feedback. This has been noted and no longer will we dispatch to Fastway Auto Carriers as they did not meet our standard of quality during this transport.
After speaking with the driver, it seems traffic was the cause for delay (something we cannot control unfortunately), none-the-less, customer service is our #1 priority and we will not be working with Fastway Auto Carriers in the future.
