Despite an unforeseen emergency with the pickup / delivery truck, the company was able to work diligently to provide an alternate and still accommodate my schedule. they didn't make a bunch of excuses or try to be misleading, which I appreciated. Things happen, and they informed me promptly and worked to adjust. They were able to arrange an alternate pick up time, still enabling me to catch my plane without any changes, and then delivered across the country when they said they would.
