This company doesn't get 7 stars from me. I would NEVER use this company again. My car was picked up in New Braunfels, TX on Wed July 27, 2012. The driver estimated it would deliver in Oxnard, Calif on Monday July 30,2012. After not hearing from the driver on Monday 7/30 I started calling about my car on Tuesday I was told the carrier broke down and it was sitting in Odessa TX waiting on parts! I know the driver has no control of a broke down truck but whatever happened to customer service....like calling me to let me know this. FINALLY GOT MY CAR.... 10 DAYS LATER!!!
