John was a big help with completing the shipment of my 2007 Dyna Low Rider. We had some problems finding a truck wanting to pick up for the price and a few problems with different shippers. Miscommunication one time between driver and pick up location and a truck break down but John kept looking and found a great shipper that completed the trip in just a couple days. I had originally placed the order for an open transport and the transport that picked up the job ended up being an enclosed trailer which made things even better. They picked up early Monday morning and delivered in the evening on Wednesday. Yes it did take some time to complete the shipment but that was not a problem because I was not dependent on the vehicle, I know a lot of that was in part of the price of the shipment. I would definitely ship with them again in the future.
