For my application, I wasn't concerned about pick-up and delivery at specific times, and in this type of industry you cannot really expect everything to go on schedule...it's just the way it works. I had another company working on getting a driver that quoted me $150 lower price, but they couldn't find a driver at that price and wanted to keep jacking the price up to get a driver. I wasn't too savvy on that, was ready to get it done, and Jack had a driver ready to commit so I said go for it. Drivers had no problem picking up the non-running car and arrived a day ahead of time. Almost caught me off-guard. Delivery went without a problem. Only issue I would say is that Jack came across awfully pushy and I had to "put the brakes on" from time to time to keep from getting pushed into something I wasn't comfortable with. He was, however, VERY helpful, and spent quite a bit of time answering questions and explaining how the industry works so overall kudos to Jack, I would use 7 Star again.
