I was told they would have a pick up within 5 days and it was. After waiting 3 weeks for other companies who promised pick-up and it never happened. The driver was very nice. Called on his way to meet us and had the Jeep loaded and ready to roll in 20 minutes. Rain storm and all!! Jeep arrived in Denver a day early. Perfect timing!! Would use 7star again! Thanks Frank
