Do not use 7 star auto transport to transport your car! THis company is filled with false promises and poor communicaton! Frank was the one helping me. I gave him almost a month to find a driver to transport my car from Georgia to Washington state as we are military and had orders to move. Talk to Frank in January 2013 and gave him my $200.00 deposit and he promised me a driver would pick up my car in the 2 week window I gave him and that it was plenty of time for him to find a driver (mid Feb 2013 was when I needed my car picked up. Frank never onced called me from that point out after I gave my deposit. I called him several times to make sure that my car was going to be picked up before Feb 20th. He promised over and over that I had nothing to worry about. Called him two days before my pick up date and he said that he was finding a driver and someone would be there. On the 20th, mid afternoon, stil no one was there to pick up my car, never heard from Frank. Called him and he said he didnt have a driver. This was the very last day out of the two weeks time frame I gave him that my car had to be picked up for we were leaving on the road the next day. Not once did he or anyone from that company call me to say they didn't find a driver and weren't going to be there.He told me that if I left my car there and gave the keys to a neighbor he could ALMOST promise me he could find a driver in the next week or so. I wasn't about to trust him and his company again after he let me down this time and never came, never called. This company treats their military like shit. Told me I could cancel and they would give me my deposit back. That was also a lie. I spent the rest of the day on the phone trying to find a company last minute to ship my car and Progressive came out the next day to pick up my car, no problems and didn't take my deposit until the truck was actually there picking up my care AND they stayed in touch with me the whole time. This company caused me extra stress on top of all the moving stress that I didn't need. They kept changing the date of my contract with them to be able to get my deposit back. They kept adding on extra days to make everything longer even though I had my contract I signed with me. I talked to several people from that company and all REFUSED to give me my deposit back. After I was already in washington with my car they kept telling me over the phone they will not give me my money back but will send out a truck to pick up my car even after I already had it shipped by someone else. Finally went to my back and filed a dispute and my bank gave me my money back and contacted them to get the money. That was the only way I got my deposit back. Please do not use them. I'm warining you now they will take your money and leave your car sitting.

Unfair review - customer requested service between 18-28th feb, on the 19th customer called to cancel service. We had dispatched a carrier -US AUTO Transport- to do move, but when driver called to arrange time of pickup, customer said we already moved the auto.
