Do Not Use!! If 7Star says they have drivers waiting in the area where your car is located, hang up and call someone else immediately. That's the lie they told me after when I responded to an email I received after I made an Internet web search. While several auto transport brokers flooded my email and telephone all claiming to have drivers standing by, I went with 7Star Auto Transport because they were at least $50 cheaper than everyone else. They promised to pick up the car the same day and one week later, still no pick up even though they were aware I was paying a $50 per day storage fee where my car had broken down. When I decided to look into other auto transport brokers, those brokers all advised me that they were able to see the 7Star request on whatever database they utilize and 7 Star Auto Transport priced the trip to low which resulted in no trucker willing to take the transport for the money I was paying. After one week, I decided to have the car repaired where it was and 7 Star Auto Transport now having found a driver wants me to pay the $150 deposit. Citibank (credit card) is fighting it out for me and we'll see what happens. What a bunch of losers!

UNFAIR - customer requested regular service 2-10 days. Refused to pay expedited service 24-48 hours. We dispatch a driver as per contract within 1 week, customer no longer wanted service, had made other arrangements. We recommend when you require to move asap, always hire Expedited shipping and tell your agent.
