I contacted 7 Star Auto transport on July 01, 2013 from email sent to me regarding my auto transport, the email stated they could do it for $500.00. When I spoke with my salesperson he claimed that being the 4th of July week holiday that it would be $50.00 dollars more, I agreed to total of $550.00. Also he claimed that they had their own transport trucks, meaning they were not only a transport broker, not so sure about that statement. The 4th of July week passed and the car was not picked up so basically I was hustled for $50.00 dollars. Monday08 July came and the hustler phoned me saying they need another $50.00 to transport my car, I told him that I would pay additional $25.00, we agreed to $575.00 total. Honesty is not how business is done I guess, low ball, get customer on phone, lie to get additional money, sign contract, call customer back and get additional money. No wonder the consumer opinion of big business is so negative. Me personally, I would not use 7 Star Transport again.

Not true. The day customer asked for quote was $500 for transport. The day customer signed the agreement price had changed (4th of July). Waited to long to decide. Prices are changed by carrier daily not by us. Customer had to pay $25 more to the carrier for delivery. that was all.
