If I can give a negative score to this company, I will do it. It was a headache to work with this company.

We arranged our car's shipment one month before the move and 7 Star promised that everything was under control. We planned to move the car on Friday because we were moving on Saturday. But, nobody showed up on Friday as they promised. We contacted 7 Star on Saturday and they asked for $100 more. We have no other choices and agreed to pay it. But still, nobody showed up. We had to ask our neighbor to hold the key for us. The carrier finally came on next Monday but he did not bring any paper work for our neighbor to sign. That carrier held our car for more than 2 weeks without delivery. I contacted 7 Star for many times and asked them to use someone else but they kept pushing it away until I called another company to ship our car. 7 Star refused to pass any information to that company, instead, they found another carrier to ship our car. Fortunately, the 2nd carrier was responsible and delivered our car within one week. It took total 3 weeks for us to receive our car and we rented for the whole time.

When we received our car, there were numerous scratches on it. The 2nd carrier said it was like that when he picked it up from 1st carrier. We contacted 7 Star for 1st carrier's insurance information but they failed to provide any. We sent complains to their customer service, they did not provide any useful response. After several emails, they did not respond at all.

So, be careful with this company. I was told 7 Star is a broker, it does not have its own moving system. It just randomly uses some carriers to move the cars. If you are lucky, your car delivery will be fine, otherwise, you never know what will happen to your car. You can tell from 7 Star's website, it only has one number to call and whoever picks up the phone can do everything. They do not have separate department like other companies. Good luck!

UNFAIR exaggerated. Customer requested car moved on 6/28. Carrier pickup car 6/28 (Larson's Trucking). Carrier/truck had problem, we had to send a New carrier to pickup car (L.A.T.D) on the route on 07/01 and vehicle was taken safely to customer. Customer false info: 1. we have a toll free on our site, over 40 dispatcher taking calls. 2. All carriers provide a BOL (signed document customer must sign at Pickup and delivery) 3. All transport companies work with National transport system. 4. Carrier's are insured but scratches on car were on the car at time of pickup.
