Had to file a Police report

After signing the contract 7 Star changed carriers for my truck 3 times and increased the deposit and transport price. I never received the promised email from dispatch including the transport terms when my truck was picked up July 29. The day before my truck was supposed to arrive at the border in Montana I called to get a time frame. Thats when I found out that my truck had not even left California yet, at this point they had my truck for 9 days. Then once it supposedly got on the road dispatch could not track the vehicle and my truck went missing for a week and a half. So thats when I filed the police report. The number they had for the driver was incorrect! Finally after speaking with countless employees who never returned calls or emails I ended up calling the original transport company to see if they could get me in touch with the current driver. At least she had a brain and was able to give me Tim's name and number. I contacted the driver and again found that the truck would not be delivered on the 13th like promised, maybe the 14th. It ended up being the 15 and my cashiers check at this point was made out to the wrong name since back on the 29th of July I had it made out to someone else in a different amount. I had moved to Canada so it was not like I could just go back to my bank in California and re do it.. thats what 7 Star asked me to do, this was on the morning I was supposed to pick up the truck. The driver said he would not release my truck unless he was paid, I told 7 star they needed to deal with it at that point I had done all I could do with the lack of information I had. I pulled up to get my truck at the boarder storage site to find the truck bed full of mud! Oh yes the truck driver had transported his sons dirt bike in the bed of my truck! Very professional, wheres my check for transporting his vehicle? Obviously I do not recommend this company, I understand that you have to be flexible but this was over the top at my expense. The employees and supervisors (Mike in particular) were full of themselves saying they would fix things, saying they would check back with me that they were so sorry things had gotten so messed up and that it never happens. Well not even the supervisor help to his word! This is a terrible company from top to bottom!!

Incorrect. Carrier was delayed 1 day. Making it worst, customer had made a check out to the wrong company name before they left California, not as they were informed. At delivery in the border of Canada driver would not accept a check that was not made to his name as required. 7 Star fixed it all for the customer, 7 star gave his personal guarantee to the driver to receive his pay and 7 star took a chance to get have the check changed later. Customer was mad to driver and 7 star resolved it all. Got car delivered safely. Customer posted bad review on 7 star to try and get a refund in order to remove rating.
