AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This is an updated review. The original review I wrote with a subject of "Dude where's my car" is no longer valid because after 23 days my vehicle was finally delivered.

Here is why I would avoid this company at all costs:

On the 8/10 I was promised by Ronnie R. that he could transport my vehicle in 5-7 days from TN to WA. After Ronnie convinced me of the transport time, I paid the deposit and signed the contract. The contract is well written and basically lets them do whatever they want. It states delivery estimations are worth less than the paper they are written on and the company has no obligation to get your vehicle transported on any timeline.

After the contract was signed the next day I got an email of my delivery confirmation for 8/30!!! This is 13 days later than I was quoted on the phone but I had already signed their sneaky bait and switch contract and there was nothing I could do.

I thought that 8/30 was an estimation and only a worse case scenario, however after multiple calls for updates, many of which went unanswered and unreturned, I realized that 8/30 would be the earliest I would ever see my vehicle.

Transportreviews.com sent me an email asking me to fill out a survey before I got my vehicle and I took that opportunity to show how displeased I was with this company. The very next morning I recieved a call from a manager (Nandee) who tried her best to locate my vehicle and smooth things over. It was made clear at this point 7 Star Auto cares deeply about these reviews and tried their best to get me to delete it as it would surely deter people from using their company.

Nandee located my vehicle and said it would arrive 8/31 (outside of even the worst case delivery estimation). She then proceded to tell me I could not pick up the vehicle until the 3rd because it was a holiday weekend and the business where it would be stored (Reese' Towing) would not be opened during Labor Day weekend. She said that the carrier fulfilled their obligation because they delivered the vehicle in 18 days, and it was nobodies' fault that I could not retreive the car from the towing company until the holiday weekend was over.

The bottom line is that 7 Star Auto Transport will lie to you to get your business. They will tell you whatever it takes to get you to give them a deposit and sign their contract.

I am active duty military and unfortunately have to do this on a regular basis. I will never use this company again and plead to anyone considering 7 Star Auto Transport to utilize another company. AVOID 7 STAR AUTO TRANSPORT AT ALL COSTS

FALSE REVIEW. Customer posting rating to try and get $450 payment to remove rating. We have his threatening email as proof. Sorry we do not play this game. Customer's car was delivered 1 day after the ESTIMATED date. Customer approved the 13 day transit time before car was moved, customer was completely aware delivery on the 30th was Estimated and vehicle arrived on the 31st. Posting reviews to intimidate our company into paying for removing the review is not acceptable. If you were a true military man like many of us, you would know the most important principle to our alma matter, HONOR. We worked very hard for your transport, your car arrived safe and sound. Carriers do not work for free.
