Due to very bad weather in the NE the car could not be picked-up when promised. Therefore, the vehicle was late getting to the destination. Because of the bad weather the vehicle was very dirty but that is to be expected. The driver was very good at keeping me posted on what was happening regarding the time of delivery. Due to carrier having a flat tire that also made the delivery late. All of this was not the fault of anyone. The only real problem was payment. I received an e-mail to make my check out to a certain transportation company and when the driver showed up he wanted cash or the check made out to himself. The broker didn't know anything about it. That needs to be address for future customers. Otherwise I would probably use them again.
