Pros - Great customer service, Prompt delivery.
Cons - The vehicle was picked quite late in the day and we really could not contact the driver.
The vehicle was dirty but I think this is not rare when transporting on a open carrier on the lower level.

Overall I am quite satisfied by the customer service. Peter was excellent and answered my questions to my satisfaction.I will definitely use their service again. Even though the vehicle was picked up very late in the day and we could not contact the driver, I gave them 'on time' because they never promised any particular time of the day.

Suggestion - I will appreciate they can provide a better/ more precise window for the pickup.
