Frustrated beyond belief

I all honesty I will never use your company again. It was never clear just what was happening. And the original $600 quote was changed after I was told it was too low and no driver would take the car! The quote you gave me was too low? Then why quote me a low quote that wasn't going to attract any drivers? You guys are not professional in any way. Your communication skills to clients are very poor. If that was the way I handled my clients I would be out on the street. Reluctantly I had to cough up another $125 or never get transport. I was considering canceling but I knew you clowns would never refund my down payment. After all this, pick up was promised on the following day that never came. Then the following day promised, and the truck never came... That promise of pick up happened every single day from Monday thru to actual pick up that happened on the following Friday at 10 pm that late in the evening.

This is the third time I have had a car shipped and I have never had a problem until now.

And when the car was delivered there were lots of miles on it and half a tank of gas gone. Which part of shipping means that they will be driving the car the rest of the way after they've gotten rid of the truck? If I had known any of this beforehand I would never have agreed to this at all.
I have since looked into other better options since I have learned my lesson the hard way. I will not be using this option again. You guys are awful. Very upsetting. Learn some client skills. Your company really stinks.

Carrier was delayed 2 days, Big Hauler broke down during transport. Carrier arrived at Brooklyn but Law restrictions did not allow Big Hauler to enter residential zone, can was driven few blocks to front door as customer requested. Gas was used those blocks $5 max. Carrier offered $10 to customer.
