Needed a truck picked up in Mi. and dropped off in Il. About 350 miles not far, after taking my deposit was not contacted for a day or so, I told them that they had 5 day to pick up the truck before I would be charged a storage fee no pick up. Finally had to go and get the truck my self after 9 days of waiting will never use this company.

7 Star worked to find a carrier for several days for free. Never charged anything. Customer called and said he wanted to pick it up himself to save any storage fees. No carrier was available for this particular route on that week, only for next Monday, but customer did not want to wait.
