1st carrier, Falcons Transport (Casey) was dispatched, carrier had a problem on the road and was to be delayed 2 days, immediately 7 Star got a 2nd carrier so customer did not have to wait 2 days, but customer decided to cancel knowing deposit would not be refunded since a truck was assigned and on route for pickup.
