UNFAIR REVIEW - 7 Star dispatched a Top Rated carrier who completed the transport of 3 vehicles. Customer received the 3 vehicles and signed BOL- inspection report- accepting delivery without any damages. Days after delivery customer made a claim to the carrier for damage on a vehicle that was not there when car was delivered. Carrier and insurance refused the claim bcse customer signed the BOL at time of delivery after inspecting the vehicles confirming no damage was made by the carrier during transport. Customer posted this review to 7 Star not the carrier only bcse he was angry, not fair to us. We could not do anything. Carrier's insurance confirmed that the documentation and inspection made by the customer at delivery showed NO damage at all.
