7 star professionals are good, you will be keep posted if there is any change. Had minor issue with following tasks, could be a problem for few or may not. The quote is pretty decent and i paid the amount in cash upfront, so you can trust them but it is optional.

1) The pickup date other than what i initially agreed. i expect to strict to the date for various personal reason.

2) The driver had to wait for 1-2 hr in destination place due to some unforeseen issue while receiving the car; the driver was upset and agreed to deliver only if i pay late fee 25$.
