Hugo was very helpful throughout the entire process from the quote to the scheduling. He followed up consistently to ensure I was in the loop regarding the pick up and drop off times, which was great because I never ended up hearing from the company that actually did the pick up.

The company that did the pick up did call the person in CA from whom they were picking up and gave a time estimate, though they still arrived about an hour later than that time frame. On the drop off, I was told they would arrive between 6-7pm. At 8pm, I got a call from the driver saying he was running late and it would still be another 1-1.5 hours. He offered to drop the car off that night or wait until the next day - I appreciated the option. I just wish he would have called earlier. Not Hugo's fault, but want to ensure the company knows this. All in all, a good experience.
