I recently moved from Charlotte NC to Nashua NH for a position in Boston. I was contacted by Saks Auto Trans LLC 1 week prior to the move who said they would ABSOLUTELY be able to have my car in my driveway in Nashua by Friday 8/7 and assured me this would not be an issue. After 3 days, I received a call from Alex from Saks saying that my car would be in Nashua on Monday 8/10 or Tuesday 8/11. I told Alex that this was not acceptable and that I needed my car for my commute to Boston and that they initially ASSURED me I would have it by Friday. His response was 1.) "That's not my problem/this is the best i can do" as well as 2.) "why don't you just rent a car" (which blew my mind...for a professional to legitimately suggest that I go with their service AND spend money on a rental car) and the old classic 3.) "I've been in this business for blah blah blah years and this is how it goes, blah blah blah..."

So I hung up and in a panic, called 7 Star Auto Transport, as Louis had just left a voicemail the night before. Without hesitation, Louis told me they would ABSOLUTELY have my car in Nashua on Friday. Having heard this before, I asked him what his confidence level was, as I HAD to have my car by Friday. After a few minutes, Louis called back, telling me that he had not only found a driver, but that the driver would schedule his car drop-offs so that I would have my car by Friday morning, 8/7.

Sure enough, Marcos, the driver was at my house in NC on Monday 8/3 to pick up my car, and without any delay, was at my new place in New Hampshire (which is considerably off the beaten path, btw) on Friday 8/7 at 9am sharp to drop it off. Louis took care of everything on the scheduling end of things, and Marcos handled my car with care and delivered it exactly when I requested it to be delivered. I couldn't be happier with 7 Star Auto Transport.

And if you don't feel like reading my whole review, here's all you need to know:

USE 7 STAR AUTO TRANSPORT IF YOU NEED TO SHIP A CAR!! THEY ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO! AND LOUIS IS THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES!
