Karen's quick take charge action turned a horror story into a happy ending. Our original driver's engine broke en route. He abandoned his entire load which included my daughter's car and went home out of state (to take care of some "other business" promising to return "later") leaving our car and his other cars stranded. We were on a tight delivery deadline. When Karen found this out she immediately took control of the situation, quickly found a new driver, arranged payment and pick-up for the new driver, followed the new driver daily and kept us up to date with daily phone calls. The car arrived on time. A disaster in the making was quickly fixed by Karen's great work ethic "take care of the customer" attitude. Karen is very knowledgable about the transport business and honestly and freely shares her knowledge with you. She brings professionalism and integrity into this industry. We would absolutely use her again.
