Worst custromer serives ever experienced

I shipped my car through dealer. It was never on time and it was suppose to door to door service but driver refused to come to my house. Even though my apartment is right next to the 4 line street. So I had to walk all the way to I-35 to get it.

Never on time and never updated location, The delivery was suppose to be last monday. but when I call them to check out on monday. They said the truck broke down and it needs an extra week. They could call me before but they never do.

And custmer service is horrible. They never knew where my car is. I ask them once. The custmer rep. scremed at me saying how should she know truck is on the road 24/7.
That is weird because their web says computerized tracking system.

anywhere I would not recommend anybody using this one.
Late delivery I can understand but spend 3 weeks fighting custmer service isn't what I enjoy at all.
