I faxed the order form to the company on Aug 10 and needed the car delivered on Aug 31. I was flying to the destination on Aug 29 morning but was not receiving notice for pick-up. (There was an initial attempt to pick up, but it got postponed because they decided it was too early, based on the delivery date.) I could not wait longer and called them up on Aug 27. Still getting no notice for pick-up and had to call them two more times. I initially talked to Maria, but she could not help much except for message passings, since (as she stated) she works at the sales department. Finally, came Roff, who essentially solved the whole the problem in a matter of a couple of hours. The car was picked up on Aug 28 night. The driver, Wayne, was very nice.
