Will Never Use Again

I had many conversations with A-AAA Auto Transport - Ross. My car was scheduled for Friday or Saturday, but was told because he could not reach his regular drivers, another driver was found. He told me my car would be picked up on Monday 9/22/2014 instead and they will call me before they reach the pick-up site. I called Monday morning just to make sure everything was okay, but no answer. I called again, but no answer and left a message for them to call me because I wanted to make sure I received a receipt of the pick-up. I also called my family to see if the pick-up happened and was told they never came. I called again later around 5:00 pm my time and 3:00 pm California time, but no answer. This time I was angry and left the last message. If they decided not to accommodate my request, I wish they had told me. Thank God no money was exchanged and I will tell everyone not to use them. Now I have to start all over again to find another company to work with.
