I booked with AAAdvantage Auto Transport and was promised a $100 gasoline card. My vehicle, which was picked up one and one-half months later from Michigan arrived OK. However, the promised gas card has not. Although I filed a complaint with the BBB in June and AAAdvantage Auto Transport, Inc. has promised to credit $100 mto my account they have failed to do so despite at least six inquiries. They continue to give me a BS story about not being able to access my credit card to apply the refund but don't respond when I ask them for a check. I just finished filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
I can not and do not trust these people to do what they say.
