My 2007 Vehicle was scheduled to be picked up on Thursday10/4 and I received verbal confirmation after calling AAA myself the day before. THe vehicle was never picked up on Thursday, and AAA fell back on a 'pick-up window of time', which should have been communicated earlier in this process. AAA Customer Service was poor at best in trying to explain the mix-up in the confirmation provided for a Thursday pick-up. The Transport Service was Cobra Trucking Corp, Staten Island. The driver conducted an extensive search of the outside of my vehicle, marking any and every imperfection on my vehicle. The car arrived in California 5 days later with the entire roof scratched front to back. No inspection was performed by the driver upon drop-off and any subesequent attempts to find out what happened with the vehicle have been met with dishonesty, denial, and ignorance. As a consumer, I feel taken advantage of. The driver knows what happened to my vehicle, but will not admit any fault. I will pursue fixing my vehicle on my own, but want to protect others from the potential for this to happen to them. In closing, I would caution anyone when using this Auto Transport Company. It was an extremely dissapointing experience.
