A AAAdvantage auto transport company is the worst company I have ever encountered. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHEN YOU SHIP YOUR CAR!!!
They never came to our place to pick up the car for a month from the ordering date, and all of sudden, the driver called us when we were in New Mexico, asking for us to hand in the car key to him within an hour. We have called the company to explain our situation, that the driver came without any notification prior to his arrival and we were not able to find someone who can give him the car key on behalf of us. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT THEY DID? THEY PUT US ON HOLD FOR 2 HOURS!!! and NEVER RETURNED THE CALL BACK!!!
We finally contacted them again (luckily enought, eh?) and told them that we had to cancel the order since the service was so awful. BUT THEY STILL CHARGED US !!! 975 $ for doing nothing, and kept us waiting for a month and finally made us so pissed off!!!
THIS COMPANY SUCK!!
We used another company called Safeway auto, and they were fantastic!
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! THEY JUST EAT YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DO THEIR JOB! THIS KIND OF COMPANY SHOULD NOT EXIST FURTHER ON THE EARTH!
