I gave my order for transporting my precious Audi S6 Avant from Beaverton, OR to my home in Melville, Ny To Matt Farnham at AAA Advantage Auto Transport on Friday, 6/23/08. I hoped the car would be picked up by Thursday, June 26, 08 and delivered to me before the 4th of July.
My car was picked up on Monday, June 23 and delived to my home first thing in the morning on Friday, June 26 . Actually, the Transport arrived in front of my house late in the evening of Thursday, June 26, but I had retired for the night so the driver waited for me to be available Friday morning to accept delivery of my car. I would never accept delivery of my black car at night, anyway because I need the daylight to check the condition of the vehicle. The trucker was Adrian Manasoiu Trucking Co. and they were very easy to deal with. It was an open transport, and because they had 2 drivers, they were able to make it across the country, coast to coast in just 3 days!
Matt Farnham at Carmoves.com ( AAA Advantage Auto Transport) was outstanding in expediting the job, while answering all of my questions, returning my calls promptly . He was able to reduce my anxiety with his patience and knowledge.
I greatly appreciate the excellent service I received all around.
