I was promised in 7 days a transporter would contact me to pick up my car. It has been 10 days and now they tell me no carriers are available. Because of this delay I would not suggest anyone using their service. I was promised I would be contacted within 7 days to make arrangements for pick up. This did not happen so therefore I had to cancel my contract and contract with another carrier. This really inconvenienced me as I am sending my son to California to start his new job. Now I am 1 week later to get our car to him. I should backcharge this company 1 week rental fee for a car that we have to rent and also the added costs from another carrier.
